I MADE A PURCHASE AT YOUR STORE, WHERE IS MY DOWNLOAD LINK?
From now on you'll find a add to cart button in the product page. Once the cart is filled to your heart content go to the cart page (top right in the store menu) and select checkout. Once the checkout is completed you will be taken to the download page of your account if logged in or a checkout page with a download link if not.
Upon making a purchase you should also receive two emails:
1) "Your Receipt" from Verotel Billing Solutions - This is simply our payment gateway confirming you have been billed for your purchase
2) "Order confirmation and direct download link" From Adventures in ENF
This email is your receipt from our store; look for the download link on the right side of the downloads section "Example"
If you were logged in when you made the purchase go to "My account/Downloads to find your purchases

In either case you should be able to download your purchase from the link in your "Order confirmation and direct download link" email
If you already have an account, your purchase will eventually be linked to your account as long as you used the same email address for both.
If you don't have an account create one. Make sure to use the same email address you used when you made your purchase. Your item will eventually apperar in your downloads section.
This process is not instantaneous, it can take anything from a few minutes to several hours for the system to link a purchase to a new account.
As a general rule always make sure you are logged in to your account when making your purchase
I DID'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

There are been cases in the past where emails to gmx.com or to extremely long email addresses where not automatically send
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT
To create an account at Adventuresinenf.com you'll need to click on "My account" or "Log in" in our store main page; once you create an account (you don't need to fill in any personal details, just your email address) you'll receive an email with a randomly generated password. This username and password are the only ones you'll need. You can set a new password at any time by going into my account/account details
I MADE A PURCHASE BUT THE FILE WON'T OPEN
All our comics come in cbr format; the best format for digital comics; they can be unpacked with most compression software but we advise using a cbr reader like Mcomix https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcomix/ or CDisplayex https://www.cdisplayex.com/ for PC or Chunky Comic Reader or ComicFlow for Apple devices
